Our Process

Step one is always to meet (in person or virtually) and discuss goals for the project, key elements, and expectations. From there we will provide a detailed proposal with clearly defined budget allowances for all oaf your finish selections and details.

Next comes the design phase of the project where we work with you to create the best possible layout to suit your lifestyle and style. After all selections are decided upon and all of our sub-contractors have quoted their portions, we will provide an updated proposal and it's time to start preparing for a start date!

1. Preconstruction Services

We provide in-house drafting and 3D services depending on the design and scope of your project.
Construction Estimating

Our proposal are well defined, easy to read and budget numbers are clearly laid out to avoid any miscommunication.
Project Management

We use a software called CoConstruct. Our customers can sign in and view their project schedules, post questions and pictures, and see live updates as the project progresses.
