Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We did a major renovation to our home. Walls down, new plumbing, appliances, cabinets, counters, electrical, fireplace, built in shelves, lighting, etc. The whole works.

After interviewing several contractors we decided to go with Southpaw. The initial winning quality was their attention to details; they asked the designer numerous questions about the build and the motivations behind the changes. We really felt that the folks at Southpaw had a genuine interest to make things perfect.

Throughout the build we were consulted about different options regarding cost saving measures. No one really wants to waste money and Southpaw helped us find alternatives throughout the process to keep the cost down while considering the quality of the products we selected.

Southpaw made sure that they involved us every step of the way. Even going so far as to ensure that there was still a functional kitchen for our family to use throughout the demolition and build process. They endeavored to ensure that our family lifestyle was impacted as little as possible.

We were impressed with the selection of subcontractors too! They all seemed to follow the good nature, and positive personal qualities that the regular crew had. Every trade that came through the house took the time to talk to my young boys about what they were doing.

A very special shout out to the regular crew that came to our house to work on it. Even my mom liked them! They were super kind, professional, and good to work with.

The build was finished on time and on budget. The finished product was better than we imagined it would be.

I have no hesitation to recommend Southpaw for whatever construction/renovation needs you may have!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When we decided to renovate our home, we knew finding the right contractor (especially since we were new to the island) would be crucial. After getting multiple quotes, we hired Jeremy and team at Southpaw right after our initial meeting - and we are so glad we did. From start to finish, they provided an absolutely phenomenal experience that exceeded our expectations.

What we valued the most was the team’s eagerness to collaborate with us. Their dedication and attention to detail made our vision a stunning reality. They took pride in their work - every aspect was thoughtfully considered and flawlessly implemented.

Brody (our project manager) and his team (Mike, Bryce, Franco and others) were prompt, courteous, and respected our home like it was their own! Their communication was frequent and transparent. We always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. While their skills were impressive, their personalities made the experience truly enjoyable.

From planning to execution, the Southpaw team delivered an absolutely flawless renovation. Our home looks spectacular, with quality work that will last for decades. Just as importantly, we had complete peace of mind throughout thanks to their trustworthiness and reliability.

We cannot recommend Jeremy and his team highly enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Southpaw did an amazing job on a much needed bathroom Reno. They were on time, on schedule and ultimately on budget. What we appreciated most of all were the trades workers who were just awesome and super friendly. Jeremy was responsive and took personal ownership of our project. I was very relieved as I’ve had friends who have had very different experiences with other companies. We are already looking forward to doing our kitchen this summer!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jeremy, Brody and the team were fantastic to work with for a small addition and exterior renovation on our 100-year old house. Excellent quality of work, kept us appraised of where we were in regards to budget throughout the process and the sub trades were great as well. The team dealt graciously with my steady stream of questions, and were great with the kids. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Southpaw and will happily have them back in the future.
