This project was all about maximizing potential—and we delivered with a stunning 2,000 sq. ft. addition to this already beautiful oceanfront property. The entire black-sided structure is newly built, seamlessly tying into the original home while adding bold contrast and modern appeal.
Designed to take full advantage of the views and natural light, this addition brought both space and sophistication. Floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and clean exterior lines give the home a coastal-modern feel, while the interior was finished with high-end materials that complement the tranquil setting.
