Cosgrove Rebuild

This project was more than a renovation—it was a full transformation. Located in one of Nanaimo’s most desirable neighborhoods, we stripped this home down to the studs and reimagined it with added square footage, a modern layout, and two spacious covered back porches perfect for year-round outdoor living.

From start to finish, the focus was on quality and longevity. We incorporated high-end finishes throughout, including custom cabinetry, premium flooring, and designer lighting to create a warm, contemporary feel. Every detail was carefully considered to bring new life to the original structure while adding value, comfort, and lasting appeal.
