Your custom home is covered by Pacific Home Warranty 2-5-10. That means protection for materials and labour for two years, the building envelope for five, and major structural components for ten. As a BC Housing Licensed Residential Builder, we register your home and handle the paperwork so you know exactly what is covered.

Service continues after move-in. You receive a digital turnover package with manuals, paint schedules, and trade contacts. We schedule 30-day and 1-year check-ins, respond quickly to service items, and assist with manufacturer warranties.
