Project Sabourin was a complete rebuild located in one of Nanaimo’s most sought-after neighborhoods, just steps from the Nanaimo Golf Course. We stripped the home down to the studs and reimagined it from the ground up, adding over 1,500 square feet of new living space. To take full advantage of the incredible ocean views, we added two spacious covered patios that extend the living areas outdoors. The exterior features sleek dark siding that gives the home a bold, modern presence, while the interior was designed with clean lines, contemporary finishes, and open-concept living in mind. The result is a striking transformation that blends style, comfort, and function—perfectly suited to its prestigious surroundings.
